Personal Data Processing

This document describes the rules and procedures for collection, processing, storage and destruction of personal data of users and visitors to the website https://www.borysfentrade.com.ua/ of Borysfen-Trade LLC.

The term "Personal data" means information or a set of information about the user who is identified or can be specifically identified, which corresponds to the definition in the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI.

Processing of personal data means any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use and dissemination (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalisation, destruction of personal data, including with the use of information (automated) systems.

The above terms and other terms used in this provision correspond to the definitions and terms specified in the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

"Borysfen-Trade" LLC collects personal data, which are knowingly and voluntarily provided by you as a personal data subject in order to use the services of the website, which, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, is the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing formulated in this Regulation.

"Borysfen-Trade" LLC does not collect or process personal data on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or trade unions, criminal convictions, as well as data concerning health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data").

PURPOSE OF USING PERSONAL DATA

- provide you with information about our company, new products, promotions, etc;
- allow you to use the services available on our website;
- to investigate enquiries, notifications and complaints made by the user in relation to our website;
- providing third parties, authorised and competent authorities with information (part of it) about our users in cases specified by law;

- Improve the quality of the Site and its content.

"Borysfen-Trade" LLC has the right to provide any personal data of the website visitors at the request of law enforcement agencies, by court order/decision or other legal procedures or upon any other legitimate request in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine in force at the time of receipt of the request/demand, which provides the legal obligation of the owner to disclose the requested information.

The rights of the User are defined in Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI.

PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The processing and storage of the provided personal data is carried out in the data centres where the equipment ensuring the functioning of the services of the website is located. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in a personal database or in a separate database table of the Website.

The place of storage and processing of personal data is located at Ukraine, 19026, Cherkasy region, Kaniv district, Khmilna village, 59 Myru street.

Borysfen-Trade LLC, in accordance with the law, ensures the security of personal data by taking measures for their security and protection, which exclude unauthorised access to personal data by unauthorised persons.
Personal data will be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed.
The user's personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary for its use.

Personal data shall be deleted and destroyed upon expiry of their storage period, upon receipt of an order to destroy or delete them from an authorised and competent body, upon entry into force of a court decision to delete or destroy personal data.

The personal data policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version published on the website.
